Ordering Information
Ordering:
You may place orders in person, by mail, by phone, by e-mail, or by fax. Please state the item number and item name to help insure that the correct item is shipped.
Payment:
All orders must be prepaid. At present we do not accept credit cards. See below for shipping and handling fees. California residents must include 8.25% sales tax. A service charge of $20.00 for any returned check will be charged. All payments are to be in U.S. funds.
Shipping & Handling:
Estimate for your shipping charge as 15% of the total order or a minimum fo $3.50. Any excess will be credited or returned. Any additional shipping fees will be billed after shippment.
Returns:
No returns or exchanges are allowed past thirty days. Please notify us when you recieve your order if it is damaged, has a shortage or the incorrect item has been shipped within 15 days of the date on the invoice. Please do not return any goods without prior authorization.
Wholesale Terms:
Qualified wholsale purchases are welcome. You must have a tax resale number to purchase wholesale. We do require a copy a the resale license.
Damaged Goods:
We take great care packaging your order for shipment. If damage does occur, please retain all damaged goods along with the carton and packaging materials. Creative Woodworks must be notified immediately. Please do not return any goods without prior authorization.
