Ordering Information
Ordering:
You may place your order by phone, email, mail or fax. Please include your name, address, phone number, item number and item description. All items are made to order.
Payment:
We do not accept credit cards. We do not know the shipping cost until your order is made, boxed and weighed. When you receive your order, you send a check or money order. California residents will be charged the current tax rate. A service charge of $20 for any returned check will be charged. All payments are to be in US funds.
Shipping & Handling:
Shipping and handling will be added to the invoice and you will be expected to send a check or money order upon receipt.
Returns:
No returns or exchanges are allowed past thirty days. Please notify us when you recieve your order if it is damaged, has a shortage or the incorrect item has been shipped within 15 days of the date on the invoice. Please do not return any goods without prior authorization.
Wholesale Terms:
Qualified wholsale purchases are welcome. You must have a tax resale number to purchase wholesale. We do require a copy a the resale license.
Damaged Goods:
We take great care packaging your order for shipment. If damage does occur, please retain all damaged goods along with the carton and packaging materials. Creative Woodworks must be notified immediately. Please do not return any goods without prior authorization.
